Our Story
For more than 50 years, The Paddock has been part of the McLiver family story — a place built on hard work, deep roots, and a love of the land. Originally home to cattle and a local slaughterhouse serving Maryborough’s butchers, The Paddock has evolved over time alongside our family.
Today, we continue the tradition of caring for Country, taking a more sustainable approach to grazing and land management. Our open grassland flats offer space to stretch your legs, capture a special photograph, or simply find a quiet moment in nature.
